Terms & Conditions – Coimbatore Taxi Dream Holidays

Welcome to Coimbatore Taxi Dream Holidays. By booking our travel services, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a smooth, safe, and comfortable travel experience.

1. Parking, Toll & Entry Charges

Parking fees, toll gate charges, interstate taxes, and tourist entry permits are not included in the package cost unless specifically mentioned. These charges will be added to the final bill.

2. Driver Night Allowance

A night driving allowance will apply if the trip continues between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. This amount will be charged separately.

3. Kilometer & Trip Calculation

Trip distance is calculated from our office/garage to the pickup location and back to the office. For outstation travel packages, usage beyond the daily kilometer limit may result in additional per-kilometer charges.

4. Air Conditioning Usage

Vehicle air conditioning may be temporarily turned off during steep hill climbs, high-altitude routes, or when the vehicle is parked to maintain engine performance and passenger safety.

5. Hill Station & Special Route Charges

Additional charges may apply for hill station permits, special entry tickets, driver accommodation, and overnight halts for destinations such as Ooty, Kodaikanal, and other tourist locations.

6. One Day Trip Policy

One calendar day is considered from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM. Extra hours or extended usage beyond the booked schedule may incur additional charges.

7. Advance Booking & Payment

To confirm your booking, an advance payment may be required. Remaining payment must be completed before or during the trip as agreed.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation and booking type. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the standard business period.

9. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are requested to maintain cleanliness inside the vehicle and ensure personal belongings are safely carried. The company is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

10. Travel Safety & Delays

Coimbatore Taxi Dream Holidays is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, roadblocks, natural calamities, or government restrictions.

11. Package Customization

Tour packages can be customized based on customer requirements, destination preferences, and travel duration. Additional charges may apply for itinerary changes during the journey.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with Coimbatore Taxi Dream Holidays, customers acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions mentioned above.
